Pre-School is run on a day-to-day basis by our staff. However, it is managed by an elected parent /carer committee - made up of parents/carers whose children are attending the Pre-School. The committee has regular meetings (usually about once every half term) to discuss and organise fund-raising events, finance, staff issues, administration, play area maintenance and other issues. We must have 7 committee members at any one time and these must include Chairperson, Secretary and Treasurer (which we split between 2 people - incoming and outgoing). All parents/carers are welcome to attend committee meetings and we are always pleased to welcome new parents to the committee and value their support. Our Annual General Meeting, at which the Committee is elected, takes place in October each year.
